Your Music Academy

Your Music Academy provides private music lessons for all ages and abilities (children, teenagers, and adults) in our purpose-built teaching studios in Mexborough, Doncaster. All our lessons are one-to-one, and our experienced teachers will teach you the style of music you'd like to play.

We offer tuition in Guitar, Drums, Bass, Keyboard, Piano and Singing. Our music tutors live to play their chosen musical instrument and are experienced professional musicians that can instruct students on the finer points of their instrument, while at the same time educating them on everything that goes into putting on a great live show or exam performance.

Students are given the opportunity to enter ABRSM, Trinity College or RockSchool music examinations. Exams offer motivation and inspiration and working from a carefully structured syllabus towards a definite goal.

Don’t like exams? No problem - just come along to learn for pleasure, and even take part in one of our “live showcases” that we hold in a local venue. This gives you the chance to play on a proper stage for fun with other students from Your Music Academy.

We Provide The Equipment!

Our music studios are kitted out with the latest music technology including drum kits, digital keyboards & pianos as well as guitars, amplification and microphones and a live PA!

Where & When

Lessons take place at our dedicated modern teaching facilities, which are located in Mexborough Resource Center. We teach six days a week, and usually available from 12pm - 8pm weekdays and all day Saturday. Complete the form below, and we will email you back with the lesson times that we have available.
