Piano Lessons

The most effective learning occurs with individual attention. Piano lesson lengths are either half hour, or an hour.

All students learn about music theory as it is part of the piano lesson course. Learning theory can enhance piano playing and help students gain appreciation for music.

It is important to train the ears as well as learning how to play at sight. When the piano student is ready, the teacher will incorporate these skills into the lessons.

We encourage students that are interested in music exams to take the ABRSM piano examinations.  Or alternatively,  Keyboard Rock and Pop programs.
